Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once materials are selected and prepared. Please note that production and delivery times may vary, and we cannot offer refunds due to delays.
Due to the nature of furniture finishes, colors, and tones may appear slightly different under various lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee an exact match to a specific color or tone. Refunds will not be granted for minor color variations.
Once an item is picked up by the carrier, it is considered sold. Refunds will only be issued if the item arrives significantly damaged (beyond minor scuffs or scratches). In such cases, the buyer must refuse the item and return it to the carrier immediately. Keeping a damaged item constitutes acceptance of the sale.
We strongly recommend that buyers inspect their items carefully upon arrival to ensure they are satisfied with the condition.
