The order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the veneer is selected and prepared. No refunds after the item has been picked up by the carrier and in their possession unless item is significantly damaged upon arrival (scuffs or scratches not withstanding). However, buyer must refuse the item and send back with carrier immediately. If boxed, take pics of damaged item as well as damaged box and packing contents then place item and packing contents back into box exactly like it arrived and contact me for return label immediately. If buyer keeps the damaged item, the sale is final. Therefore, close inspection of the item should be done immediately by buyer upon arrival. Also, no cancellations will be given due to extended production or delivery times.
